AAMEP Role: 2011 Conference Speaker Dr. Capobianco is a graduate of the 7 year combined New York Institute of Technology/ New York College of Osteopathic Medicine accelerated program in 1992. He completed his Emergency Medicine Residency training program in the South Bronx at the St. Barnabas Hospital, Cornell Medical Center, where he was named the Outstanding Senior Resident. He was an Attending Physician at Morristown Memorial Hospital, an affiliate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons where he was the Director of Medical Student Education and was awarded Best Clinical Instructor of the Year and Teacher of the Year. He moved to Las Vegas 10 years ago and began a career in bariatrics, cosmetic medicine and surgery. Since then he has lectured physicians all over the USA, Australia and Indonesia on cosmetic medical procedures. He is the Medical Director of Allure Cosmetic Laser Center and Unicorn Medical Weight Loss and Medical Spa. Summerlin Magazine named him one of the Top 100 Physicians in Las Vegas in 2005. Dr. Capobianco was an early adopter of SmartLipo Laser Lipolysis, having performed hundreds of these procedures. He has extensive experience with the use of Cosmetic Lasers, achieving Luminary status with several laser manufacturers. He also has extensive experience with incorporating minor cosmetic surgical procedures in the Medical Spa environment.
